Fishing Report - Happy New Year!

Let the steelhead season of 2017 begin!
I wish it were off and running but here in the south central U.P. steelhead fishing is more like a whisper.
We just had a bit of a thaw after the first hard freeze but cold temps are on there way again.
Of the few fish I've seen the ticket seems to be either a good hex imitation or a black stone fly.
