Upper Peninsula Bows and Browns

We grow them BIG!

It's always fun to write these reports as I sit and upload the pictures I get to relive the moment or the story as given to me by the guide.

This year compared to other years has been a little different. We started of the year with the highest flood stages since the 60s, then moved right into drought-like conditions overnight into some good rainy days. Making our fishing a bit less predictable.

For the dry fly fisherman, we have good stoneflies, caddis of all shapes and sizes, cahills, and BWOs. For the sub-surface person zoo cougars in yellow or natural along with a few DnDs in the same color theme and for the nympher a handful of prince nymphs and a 20 incher or 2 will do the trick.
